My story

After years of endless cardio, fitness DVDs and unsuccessful weight loss attempts, I finally found the answer to achieving my fitness goals by lifting heavy weights.

I started out with Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer and a 'clean eating' style diet and immediately saw incredible results. I couldn't believe what a difference lifting heavy weights and eating healthy could make on my body!

Since then I've experimented with everything from Carb Backloading to Intuitive Eating trying to find the best meal plan to fit my busy lifestyle. 

It's been over 3 years now of lifting heavy weights and the journey definitely has NOT been easy. There have been ups and downs and highs and lows, but I'm happy to say that I've come out of it more informed, better equipped and with a deep appreciation for the struggle you're going through!
