About This Program
This program will require patience!!
Growing glutes is something that takes time and is often a matter of slow & steady progress over 6 months, 12 months or 2 years, rather than a short 28 day program. It's all about long-term commitment to the process!
The benefit though, is that because you need to be at maintenance caloric intake or even a slight surplus (key word, 'slight'!) during the building phase, you can be a bit more loose with your diet. It's still absolutely critical to eat healthy foods, adequate protein and get all the nutrients your body needs to support the growth of your glutes, but there is a bit more freedom.
Progress can also be significantly increased over that time period if you do a few key things right when it comes to your program and you stay consistent with it throughout!
The program Phases
This program is composed of 2-3 phases, depending on your specific goals.
The 1st phase is a building phase and is the longest and most important part of this program. The building phase is critical, for obvious reasons, in creating round, lifted glutes.
The 2nd phase of your training plan will be focused on shifting the training and diet to support more fat burning so that you can reveal your hard work!
Quite often these phases will be repeated multiple times throughout your time with me to find a healthy balance between building the glutes and staying lean, firm & toned. A phase can last anywhere from 1 month to 6 months, depending on your goals.
SO, WHAT DO I GET IN THIS PROGRAM?!
In the Grow Your Booty transformation program, you will be given your own individualized meal plan, workout plan and general recommendations for supplements, sleep hygiene and other lifestyle routines... all to support you along the way to your ultimate goal! Every month, your program will be updated as you progress. As you get into the routine of the program you will notice that you start to get into a rhythm with the workouts and nutrition... win-win! The body adapts easily so it's good to switch up your workouts, meal plan and modify the program every 4-12 weeks to continually bring you optimal results!

NOTE: I do not offer the standalone program to beginners. I have found through observation that beginners (who have not yet established a fitness habit, will fail 99% of the time when they do not have accountability, guidance and support to help them when they hit an obstacle.)
