About The Program
When it comes to building a Bad Ass physique, it's important to take your time with the process. Muscle doesn't come easy, so you must be prepared to take your time building that muscle for at least 4-6 months before leaning out if you go with this program. (In general, you can't do both effectively at the same time).
If you have over 10lbs of fat to lose, it's a good idea to start off with the Fat Loss focused transformation program and then move into this program when you are down to a more optimal body composition.
Sure, you'll start to see results after a month or two, but really it's in that 6 month, 1 year and even 3 year time period that you REALLY see transformation.
Of course, you're not going to be 100% all-in for 3 years straight... That would be no bueno!
But over that long-term period of time you'll settle into a cycle of increased intensity for a 60-90 days, followed by a bit more relaxed, but still focused period of time, continuing that cycle every few months.
Yes, being patient is annoying, I get it. But it's about settling into a lifestyle that is both enjoyable and supports your body transformation and maintaining it afterwards. It just becomes part of your routine, and to be honest, if you can't sustain it, it's probably not even worth putting in all that effort in the first place.
It's really no different than what you would do for school, music, a sport, your career or anything else you're trying to improve!
The Program Phases
This program is composed of 2-3 phases, depending on your specific goals.
The 1st phase is a building & shaping phase and is the longest and most important part of this program. The building phase is critical as it creates the foundation of shape and tone for your muscles.
The 2nd phase of your training plan will be focused on shifting the training and diet to support more fat burning so that you can reveal your hard work!
Quite often these phases will be repeated multiple times throughout your time with me to find a healthy balance between building & shaping your muscles and staying lean, firm & toned. A phase can last anywhere from 1 month to 6 months, depending on your goals.
SO, WHAT DO I GET IN THIS PROGRAM?!
In this Bad Ass Lean Physique transformation program, you will be given your own individualized meal plan, workout plan and general recommendations for supplements, sleep hygiene and other lifestyle routines...all to support you along the way to your ultimate goal! Every month, your program will be updated as you progress. The body adapts easily so it's good to switch up your workouts, meal plan and modify the program to continually bring you optimal results.

- Weekly Check-Ins (additional $49/month for bi-weekly Skype Calls if you're an online client)
